DELIVERY AND CUSTOM PRODUCTION TIME

In Stock Lace wigs: Ships within 1-3 business days after order is placed. Once shipped, it can take 2-5 business days for your package to be delivered depending on where you live.

Ultra Lace Wig Collection Custom Wigs: 5-7 Weeks (business days) to make and then is shipped..

Gold Lace Wig Collection Custom Wigs: 5-7 Weeks; Rush Order: 2-3 weeks (business days) to make and then is shipped.

All orders are inspected before shipping to you. In the event that there is any production error or defect on your order, your sole remedy, and our sole liability will be to repair or replace the item. We will remake your order correctly at no extra cost to you. 

Custom production time is an estimate, not a guarantee. 99% of our orders are delivered during the estimated time; however, you should order early enough to allow for fluctuations in production time. Fluctuations are mainly caused by seasonal closings (e.g., due to holidays), volume of orders in system, weather issues, back-ordered supplies, questions or changes on orders and more. Should there be any delays, we will modify your production time estimate and inform you as quickly as we know of how many production days must be added to complete your order. We are not responsible for delays due to any circumstances as some areas of production and delivery are out of our control. We also reserve the right to cancel custom orders for any reason- our sole responsibility will be to provide a full refund in this case.

Payment & Shipping Processing: Your billing name and address must match the billing information you provide us for purchase. In order to avoid fraudulent orders, we ship only to your billing address. However, If you would like your wig to be sent to an address different than the billing address we require ONE of the following:

1. Before placing your order, contact your credit card company and have your shipping address added as an authorized secondary shipping address, even if it is for an one time order. Then contact and provide us with the credit card issuer's telephone number located on the back of your credit card, your credit card number, expiration date, last three digits, and your phone number the bank has on file, in order for us to verify and process your order

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is to make each customer purchase a pleasant experience. We understand in certain instances a customer may ask for an exchange or return. After you receive our wig, if determine that you do not like the color, style, length, or texture that you ordered, or that you measured your head incorrectly and the unit is either too large or too small, etc., you may exchange your unit or receive an in-store credit as long as you meet and follow the terms and conditions below. We do not issue refunds. You must contact us within 72 hours from receipt of the order for an exchange; if out of 72 hours, your request will not be processed.

CUSTOM ORDER RETURN POLICY

Custom orders can be exchanged for store credit for the merchandise value. All sales are final and there are no exchanges on custom orders that are considered too unique to re-stock. Unique custom orders are those with unusual colors or unique specifications. Unique custom orders are any orders that do not meet the following specifications: Full lace wig with stretch in the middle, free style parting, light or medium density, hair color between #1 to #6, hair length is between 12 to 20 inches, Indian Remy hair, and measurements of standard small, medium or large sizes. All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges on custom orders where the balance is paid past the due date.

PLEASE CAREFULLY INSPECT YOUR WIG BEFORE APPLYING IT. We do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges or store credit only if you meet the following terms:

• DO NOT Put Glue on the Unit

• DO NOT Put any chemicals on the Unit
• DO NOT Dye the Unit
• DO NOT Attempt to correct ANY problems prior to calling us
• DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit
• DO NOT Perm the Unit
• DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Unit
• DO NOT WEAR the Unit
• DO NOT Destroy or lose original packaging including wig caps and wig bag
• Units that are damaged by customer will not be accepted under our exchange policy.
  
• You are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending and receiving the products
• There are no exchanges on Clearance Wigs, Discontinued or Bargain Wigs
• NO exchanges will be accepted without prior approval from . DO NOT send us your wig without prior written approval from , as your exchange will not be accepted.
• CONTACT us within 72 hours from receipt of the order for an exchange; if out of 72 hours, your request will not be processed.

PLEASE CAREFULLY INSPECT YOUR WIG BEFORE APPLYING IT. If Everythingwigs.com makes a mistake with the wig, your exchange will be accepted and your wig will be replaced and shipped free of charge provided the lace wig has not been cut, worn, brushed, dyed, or has had any type of adhesive applied. The unit must be in its original condition.

Everything wigs reserves the right to refuse exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met. Custom wigs are specifically made to fit your head size and customizations and may be difficult to resale, therefore we reserve the right to refuse exchanges on custom orders.

You are be responsible for any additional charges necessary for adjustments beyond your original request
